Hey sis! I’m Sharelle, Owner & Director of Miss Lash The Studio on the Gold Coast, Australia. Like any artist, I’ve had my share of self-doubt when trying to perfect the lash lift game. But now? I’m confident in every lift I do—and it all came down to diving deep into my education, perfecting the techniques & mastering the science behind the products.
My mission is to deliver advanced level training, in bite-sized pieces that make it effortless to pick up your skill and perform your service at elite level; from day one. This training is beyond just teaching you the skills that you need to master your lash lifts, but all the tools that you need to become a booked-and-busy, successful Lash Lift artist in today's competitive market.

You are to provide your own models to work on in your training day for the below times. You will need 2 models for the day. If you’re struggling to find your models, please contact education@misslashthestudio.com and we’ll do our best to fill some of your slots!
Things to consider when choosing your models
Choose people who don't suffer from watery eyes, have normal to long natural lashes, are comfortable being filmed, and can lay still for up to 2 hours. I like to tell my models to bring AirPods so they can listen to a podcast/audiobook or something to distract them.

Before training with Sharelle I wasn’t feeling confident in regards to eye shapes and which shield to pick as it all felt overwhelming and hard to grasp.
I would always pick a shield and cross my fingers hoping it would be the one, not confidently knowing the outcome of the lift.

I completed the up skilling lash lift masterclass with Sharelle and I absolutely loved it! Sharelle is the absolute queen of lash lifts! Some of the things I was struggling with before was getting the lashes to stay stuck to the shield, lash separating, correct timings and how to select the correct lash shield for eye shapes.
I struggled a bit with confidence in myself and ever since leaving my training day my confidence has boosted and I feel confident in talking about lash lifts and most of all I feel so confident in completing lash lifts! The challenges I had were placement of solutions and the tension on the lashes to get that amazing lift. I had a few lifts that didn’t lift how I wanted them to so I thought I would do the training. After the training I was able to understand where the solution works the best and with the y tool I was able to get the right tension on the lashes!
Definitely feel more confident in my lifts that I did before!
It was a big day of driving there, training and then driving home and trying to write down a few notes that were going through my head but over all, it was definitely worth it! Sharelle’s was very good at explaining things to me as well as her demonstrations helping with the visual learning side too.

The only recognised qualifications in this area are the Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, which can be obtained from accredited beauty schools or TAFE.
