BOOKING FEE

  • A $50 booking fee will be made to secure your booking. This amount will come off the total service when you come in for your appointment. Please note that this booking fee is non refundable. Your deposit will be held on your account if you provide us with more than 24 hours.

ChaNgiNg YOur appOiNtmeNt

  • We understand life can be busy and due to unforeseen circumstances you may not be able to make your appointment. In the event of this happening you may need to change or alter your appointment, we appreciate you provide us with 24 hrs notice so we have a chance to fill your appointment. Your deposit will be held on your account.

  • If you fail to show up for an appointment, by agreeing to the policy when booking the appointment you agree to being charged the full payment to the card you have provided.

  • If you cancel/reschedule within 2 hours of your confirmed appointment by ticking this box you agree to being charged the full payment to the card you have provided.

YOur appOiNtmeNt

  • We ask that you please arrive around 5 minutes before your appointment time if you need to use the bathroom, have time to unwind or remove makeup/clean lashes so as not to eat into your precious appointment time. 

  • For your comfort and other clients in the salon we also kindly ask that you switch your mobile to silent while at the salon.

  • We share a space with other artists and clients so we kindly ask that you do not bring young children, this is your time to relax, and you will have your eyes closed for 1+ hours where you will not be able to tend to your children.
